In principal, we guarantee a 15% return on
capital employed and the average life span is 14 months from
investment.
The minimum amount of investment is £50,000
and the maximum is £500,000 with the first charge being given
on
the land in question as security.
Once the build
programme commences the first charge reverts to a second
charge, with the second charge amount being capped to
protect the value of the first charge. |
